i keep up with these blogs because i am obsessive compulsive and avoid the outside world!!!!!

ah. super easy. okay. size a picture to fit your blog background. mine is usually about 12.5 inches wide. then.... save the picture in a photostorage system like photobucket. paste the link to the picture into your template right here:
